If you are using linux you can just use a program called split. Check man page. It's built into most linux distros. I don't use windows but for gaming so I am not certain about a program to use. But I think 7-zip will also split the files. Again, I am not certain on windows cuz I don't use windows.
Code: Select all
split -b 4000000000 -d Path/to/file Name/of/new/file
for use on your linux distro.

Aside from that, may I ask you a question? I am curious as to why you want to split the iso's? :-/ Does the Team Xecuter CFW not read NTFS file systems? Which would be crazy if they didn't. Team Xecuter's xk3y system for the the old xbox360 even made use of NTFS file systems.
If they do not require you to use fat32 then great because you are much better off using NTFS anyway, and if you do then you will not need to worry about max file size of the games.
